Sexuality and spirituality are core to who we are as humans. Yet many of us have been taught to keep them apart—told by religion that our desire makes us unworthy, that our fantasies are sinful, that our bodies are shameful.

This event is designed to help heal that divide.

Rachel will guide participants in creating a safe, embodied container to give voice to the pain and shame we’ve carried around sexuality and spirit. Together, we will feel the power that emerges when these two forces are united. We’ll look at how different traditions have honored sacred sexuality.

Then, Rachel will embody her inner Goddess and deliver a sex-positive sermon—rooted in the themes we’ve shared in the room—offering you a blessing of healing, integration, and joy.
